HubSpot, when linked, has its own block: the portal, the sync status and a link to the setup guide. Cutting it off makes you choose between a pause, which can be undone (the analyses produced during the pause are sent when it resumes), and a full disconnection, which unlinks the HubSpot account and cuts off every number of the workspace. Just below, the block says whether your HubSpot lists serve as campaign audiences, with a link to the setting.
HubSpot is connected and set up in Tools > Integrations, with or without a WhatsApp number: a brand new workspace can therefore connect HubSpot before it has a number. When you come back from connecting, the screen asks what you plug in: the contact record and the analysis of every conversation, the immediate task when a customer asks for a human, the creation of tasks (otherwise properties only), the unreachable contact, replying to customers from HubSpot, your lists as campaign audiences. Each choice can then be changed with a switch.
Replying to customers from HubSpot is off at first, and included from the Pro plan. Once on, anyone in the portal reads the conversation and replies from the Messaging Me card of the contact record, signed with their address, as long as the 24-hour window is open; “Hand back to the bot” gives control back to the agent. The card never replies to a contact who said STOP. A conversation held by a member can only be answered by them, an admin or a manager, and each person sends at most 20 replies a minute. With no portal linked, the Home screen only shows a line that sends you there. To unlink HubSpot, do the full disconnection from the HubSpot block (with no number, it is a button of the block, without the pause option).
